Cake flavours include vanilla, chocolate fudge, orange, blueberry-almond, orange marmalade, dates and others. Raadhika matches the fillers to the actual cake flavour; eg the marmalade cake has white chocolate citrus truffles as fillers. Her daughter does beautiful sugar roses using fondant to decorate her cakes. I couldn't bring myself to cut one. I had someone else do it for me! But I am glad I did because it was simply delicious - not overly sweet, moist and flavorful.
