This wheat-free, gluten-free pasta is made with quinoa, a healthier alternative to wheat that's high in fiber.

It's interesting enough that I'd suggest it to anyone who likes trying new things, and not just those with food allergies.

This elbow pasta is great for making healthy, high-fiber mac & cheese, and can be a good way to "trick" picky children into eating fiber-rich meals.
