This Merlot displays great dimension with aromas of blueberry, ripe plum and black cherry accented by hints of voilet, anise, pepper and dark chocolate. On the palate, upfront flavors of black cherry, plum and dark berries mix with medium soft tannins, sweet vanilla and well-integrated oak. A rich, silky texture and long, lingering finish are the final rewards. (via finewinehouse.com)
