Great shoes for trail running or adventure racing, especially in the Southeast. Mesh uppers keep your feet nice and cool in the heat. Posted for pronation control. Salomon also has a cool lacing system where you don't tie the laces but you have a zip-cord thing with a little button that you push. They call it "quickfit," and I don't find it very quick but I do like that you can put it up inside the tongue so there's nothing hanging out to catch on briers or anything. It is easy to loosen the laces by pushing on the button and letting some of the lacing slide out, but tightening is a bit tougher. (via RockCreek.com)
