I love how the recommendation seemed like you were procrastinating on buying a book to help you overcome procrastination. But thanks for recommending, I have a procrastinating problem, too~ :P

This author's theory is that procrastination comes from a feeling of being overwhelmed and never having time for fun. At the heart of his program is the "Unschedule." You schedule in fun stuff first, then fit in time for your dreaded project in half hour increments. Use this to finish your novel, or dissertation, or anything else you've been putting off. It works!
