Weezy Wee!!!! I don't want to be hasty with my judgement but I might be willing to say that Lil Wayne might be the best rapper to emerge out of the 2000 era. Anyways, Da Drought 3 is one of the best mixtapes I've ever heard, Wayne uses all sorts of samples and just smashes songs up with his signature emotional flowstyle and hilarious musings.

weezy is no doubt the most talented rapper to come out of da 2000 he been doing this sense he was 15 and know we taking notice of it im ture weezy fan and dat boy always had talent it just took time for him to figure out out his own ....flow who you know know dat spit like weezyoh these haters who say gillie ghost write for he please go kill yorself you freaking lames
