Of course you can make and receive calls (dial by pulling the tiny included stylus from the side of the watch and tapping the numbers on the screen) but you can also play MP3 files, watch movies, store hundreds of phone numbers and send SMS messages and enter schedules or notes with basic handwriting recognition (via thinkgeek.com)

A nice part-time gag, simply slide in your existing T-Mobile or AT&T SIM card and you have phone/PDA/watch/PMP/party favor at your wrist. I think the cliche you're looking for to describe this one is "jack-of-all-trades, master of none," but this could be pretty fun.
