cereal didn't cut it, eggs and bacon didn't cut it, bagels didn't cut it. for some reason i can't get motivated when i wake up. my energy level is listless at best and it's frustrating b/c i don't function well until 10:00. that was before i discovered release protein powder. now i drink milkshakes every morning and am alert and ready to go when i get to work. plus, this stuff is the best tasting protein powder i've had the pleasure to drink.
