This heart rate monitor tells you how much, how hard and how long to exercise to reach your goals. It also determines your fitness level and tracks your progress.

Your daily target zone will be calculated, and the watch counts the calories and fat that you burn.

The F11 also eliminates interference from other heart rate monitors. Which means someone else's heart rate isn't going to pop up on your watch and jack up your data for your workout.

Polar says it's almost like having your own personal trainer. I'm not so sure about that. It's good, but you miss out on all the witty banter. :)
