This is a cooking essential! Slow down it does not taste like oysters! It has a slightly beefy and molasses-like flavour that is perfect for stir fries, chinese beef or pork recipes, and even works as a dipping sauce. I use this sauce for all my beef dishes, and add it to many of my Chinese marinades for a flavoursome kick.
