My 7-year-old would love this. Not only is she a freak for follicular bling but she loves getting things in the mail. Anything. A stick of gum? Fine. Shove it in an envelope and the sheer bliss she receives from having her "own mail" will turn it into the greatest piece of gum she's ever had.
But even better, consider something pretty. Like hair bows, ribbons and clips- one a month for a whole year. Fantastic idea.
