Beautifully detailed in fine silk twill, this wide-waisted style has soft front pleats for fullness in the skirt. Huh. Two in a row from the same designer who I've never managed to pay attention to before... also a little outside my normal price range, but classic and appropriate for my figure.

This black, white and grey frock would be perfect for resort or summer wear. Sleeveless so it's not too warm, belted to make you not look too shapeless and knee length so it's plenty demur. I'm thinking is a glorious dress for a lazy warm day.
