Alton Brown and his show good eats are great, great, great! For anyone who wants to be a better cook and for those who simply love food, Alton is sure to give you a better understanding of what is good and why.

On another note, his technical approach kind of reminds me of Mr. Wizard and Bill Nye Science Guy.

Bottom line his show rocks and this DVD set is the holy grail as far as the cook in me is concerned.
