Legere Ruffled Vest - Madewell1937

I'm absolutely obsessing over this ruffled vest...I can see all the possibilities in my head! The ONLY major issue have with it is it is a cotton/poly blend and I'm not a huge fan of those in knits...But at 62 bucks, I can justify it.
