Description

This use to be my favorite candy when I lived in Europe. Made since 1837, this candy combines lavender honey from provencal almonds, crunchy and full of flavor sugar, glucose, natural vanilla and pistachios.

The delicate method of preparation of Arnaud Soubeyran nougat is carried out using the same artisanal techniques as employed by the original nougat craftsmen.
