We have this baby Hearth Gate (plus the extension, which is extra), from Kidco, and move it from our BBQ in the summer, to the wood burning fireplace in the winter. It is free standing, has a gate and can be configured to fit your needs. A must for anyone with a crawling infant, toddler or rambunctious younger child!
