I adore David Mamet. He always writes (and directs) such smart and interesting movies. The Spanish Prisoner is a prime example. (via Amazon)

I love David Mamet but I was shocked by how great Steve Martin is as a dramatic actor. If you like complicated and though-provoking puzzle-like films 'The Spanish Prisoner' is highly, highly recommended. Very intriguing and absorbing 'The Spanish Prisoner' is a must see. (via Nicole)
