This personal alarm is pretty cool, and very useful. It can used to ward off attackers by using it to emit a really loud alarm if anyone tries to harm you, thereby forcing them to run away. It can also be used as a smoke alarm, and a built in motion detector allows you to place it in front of your door while sleeping to work as a door alarm and smoke detector! It can also be placed inside your purse when you are out and about (especially at the beach) and if jostled, it will emit the same loud alarm to alert you. Very handy, I'd say.
