Your body fat is a much better assessment of your fitness level than just your total weight. Your body composition also gives a more accurate indication of your health risk factors. If this makes more sense, just remember "light doesn't always mean lean". This is the body fat analyzer we use at the club where I work. I've found it to be very accurate when compared to the readings I get when using skinfold calipers.
