What a wonderful little treat for the lips! The scent and subtle flavor are great. The balm itself has a slick consistency and doesn't feel waxy at all. I happily reapplied frequently. It is very moisturizing and my lips felt noticeably smoother. The effect on bare lips is so soft and moist with a slight bit of shine. I used this under lip products and before bed on bare lips. The buttercream scent and taste is subtle, not overpowering at all. The chapstick-like tube is nice if you don't want to stick your fingers into a pot.
