Description
When I began training for my first marathon, it was good that I had a well experienced coach. He helped me avoid injury by providing a hands on schedule for me to succeed. It worked. I won the Tuscon Marathon in record time. Since then, marathons are just as important to me and just as important is the right schedule, training regimend. This schedule helps particularly those prone to injury (after several 100+ miles/week I am an accident waiting to happen) as it helps you train just the right amount and in such a wasy as not to get injured.
