Yvon Chouinard has managed the ultimate work/life balance- he built Patagonia around what he loves to do most. The honesty and the depth of this book is superb. The reader really feels like they get to know him and understand a bit about how he thinks and what drives him.
There are a lots of useful lessons to take from the book, but it's also an engaging and inspiring story. (via gordon)
