I got this book through a continuing education course I took for a specialty certification. It does a great job of answering questions about exercise & pregnancy, showing how to design a workout routine for pregnancy, and explaining how the body changes throughout your pregnancy. Plus, is disspells a lot of the myths concerning exercise and pregnancy. This is a great book.
