It's really difficult to get everything out of traditional muffin tins. The silicone molds are soft and flexible--you can almost turn them inside out with your fingers!

Too many times have I shredded muffins trying to extricate them from a traditional old metal pan. I'll try this silicone muffin pan next! (via lizajernow)
