Drinkable white beer with hints of citrus and lemon. I went to this Pittsburgh brewery a few days ago, and bought a growler of the Witte as part of a gift pack for my little brother. The guy who runs the brewery hands out samples of whatever beer they have on tap during their business hours (5-7 three days a week). Many customers were repeat ones who had come to refill their growlers, and I could definitely see why!
