Don't even THINK of going to college without a whole lot of 3M hooks. They're great for towels, coats, clothes, backpacks, bags... they save SO MUCH floor space!

A hammer and nails driven into your wall - permeneant reminders of our universe's natural entropy and decay.

Or not. Either way you can't undo it and they leave nasty looking holes if you ever move anything you've already hung. Enter 3M's Command Hooks. They come in multiple sizes. I used this particular one to hang up my handy-dandy, cool wall clock (http://bit.ly/26purr). It's been holding for months, and as far as I've heard I'll have no trouble reomving it from my wall if I ever want to.

Cheap, useful and easy to use.

Um, these things are amazing. They don't leave any marks on your wall, they can hold a ton of stuff (depending on which size hook you get), and once they're stuck on, they only come off if you intentionally TAKE them off.
