Vintage Tennis Dresses

When I play club tournaments, I am Chris Evert or Steffi Graf in my mind's eye, not shrieking Sharapova.
Naturally, I would be thrilled to get my hands on one of these vintage or vintage-looking tennis dresses which are so hard to find in a sports clothing store these days.
Is it too much to ask that a tennis dress be made of something other than spandex or stretch polyester with only tiny amounts of cotton? I'd gladly trade all the Dri-Fit clothes in the world for one of these classic, breathable, comfortable tennis dresses anyday.
