First, some background. I have very curly hair--like, Cree Summer curly, but very dry. I wanted it straight but still with a bit of wave in it. I was happy that this kit included a very deep conditioning product, and that it also had a lot of natural plant extracts in it to keep hair healthy. For the de-frizz factor alone I recommend this product. After using the product, As I said, my hair was in excellent condition, so after about two days I could no longer tell it had been processed. Currently, may hair feels wonderful and it looks very nice, and yes I actually did notice more shine after using the product. I relaxed my hair about three weeks ago.
