Trainer to the stars Missy Beaver teaches you the kettlebell basics in her Basix DVD. She claims this is the only workout you need to maintain a fantastic, fit body - aka no more crunches!
One more reason to celebrate: a new Kettlebell DVD is coming out in March 2008.

I've only had the chance to use kettlebells once. And it is one of my all time favorite workouts. This DVD looks like it covers a complete workout routine.
