How cool... you can use it with Rock Band 2, or as a standard electric drum kit. I certainly hope all music doesn't turn into electric noise, but this is a fun gadget nonetheless.

I borrowed these from a friend of mine for a party and really didn't want to give them back. They made playing drums on Rock Band a lot more fun for a couple reasons: they are organized much closer to a real drum set and they are much quieter when you hit them (a real problem with the regular drums).

If you compare these to a regular electronic drum set, they pads are deader than a good webbing would be. It is still possible to do rolls on these however. A must for the Rock Band drumming fanatic, but too pricey if you are only an occasional player.
