This software is a great way to diet, if your mind works the way mine does. It lets you keep track of your wieght and the calories in everything you eat. Then you tell it your goal wieght and time, and based on an analysis of your historical calories and weights, it figures out how many calories you should budget to reach your goal. It also keeps track of your performance versus your goal. I found it a great motivator for a healthy long term diet.

This is a great nutrition software program. I have had great success personally, and with my clients, using this software. Diet Power "learns" your metabolism, based on data that you input. Diet Power is an outstanding way of food journaling. You just input everything you eat & drink on a given day, and Diet Power does all the work. You will be able to see, not only your total caloric intake, but a complete breakdown of your protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake. The best thing is that Diet Power offers a free trial version. In my opinion, free always rocks.
