This is a great piece to top off an outfit with. Leave it unfastened down the front for a cape-like effect - the multi-pleats are bound to add movement. Its cropped length allows for the layers underneath to be shown so all the pieces below won't be hidden and wasted by not being able to be seen.
Definitely worth getting, and it won't even burn a big hole in your pocket. Highly recommended for the trendy who want to try layering without going over-the-top.
