With all the news about "what can we do?", here is another step in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and landfill waste.
This very economical reusable seat and floor cover is to be used when you take that car or suv in for service, 'cause they use disposable covers to protect your seat and floor from all the oil and grease a mechanic may have on their coveralls.
If we have our own covers, then they won't order any more and less will be produced and thousands of tons of ghg's will not go into the air we breathe when they produce them. (via ecoautosupply.com)

I think this is a great idea. We are constantly looking to reduce waste at our repair shop.Seat covers are great and need to be used but the plastic is just such a waste. I just need to find where to get them from.
