Katherine Hepburn reprises her Broadway role in this movie, and she is a classic tour de force. In fact, they all are...Cary Grant, Katherine Hepburn and Jimmy Stewart. The entire movie is one snarky, drunken, confused love-fest and it's fabulous! I didn't see this film until I was in my early 20's, and I was actually upset at my parents for not making me watch it sooner. Don't even bother renting this one. Just buy it and thank me later.

My favorite classic movie with all my favorite actors of the past. My first crush was on Cary Grant and I adored the very spunky Katharine Heburn. The old Hollywood movies were a tad simplistic in their story plots but there are always some gem of dialogue in them as well.
