Very Beyonce (hips) vs. I decided to wear a garbage bag that looks absolutely stunning. This black lame dress is perfect for accentuating the hip and waist area, while still covering you up where it counts. The draping along the cowl neck is perfect and the v flair and pleating is flawless for fall.
