At first glance I thought this was a very lame lazy way to make something even as simple as pouring soda even easier... as if that is necessary. Then I remembered that there are a lot of folks out there who do have trouble with lifting 2 liter bottles and pouring them - older folks with arthritis and young kids would be two groups that come to find. So... it might just be a handy gadget after all!
