The NEWLY revised and updated Design Manual.

This previous version of this is still sitting on my desk signed on the first day of its release. This new one will be replacing it as the older one is really getting tatty from use.

I have to recommend this to anyone as this is a must have for any designer for reference and for helping explain the various requirements to clients. (via Amazon)

Covers pretty much everything you need for print design, and gives you a good grounding of what the whole process entails.
