Wow... this is a great carrier for cupcakes, muffins, small pastries, tarts, etc. Each try has an indention to keep the cupcake firmly in place. And, the trays are removable, allowing you to use the courier for 9x13 inch cakes as well! Very handy to have around.

I never thought I'd use this but turns out I'm going to use it this weekend for the party I'm going to. This handy little carrier will make sure my cupcakes don't smoosh together or that my icing will smudge.

Do I really need to ferry around cupcakes? No. Do I want to now? Yes. Rarely does a product inspire an almost desperate, culinary fire in my heart. The closest perhaps was the Showtime Rotisserie ("Set it and forget it!") of '94. This Cupcake Courier puts even that to shame.
