When my daughter had to be on antibiotics for a UTI, I used In-Liven to rebuild her digestive track with probiotics. Since this certified organic probiotic is also packed with freeze dried Veggies, Spirulina and Alfalfa Grass, I have kept her on it and definately see an improvement in her overall health. She doesn't miss school as much and is not as hyperactive. When she doesn't eat as well as I'd like, I feel better knowing she is getting a certified organic whole food supplement. Now I use it everyday as well and don't feel as bloated as I used to. You can mix it with water and drink it like a shot, but I mix the freeze dried powder in mango juice and it tastes like a fruity green tea. My daughter turns her nose to green beans, but requested her "special juice" every morning. (via BetterChoices)
