It wouldn't be a week before Fashion Week without me going on a crazy diet. With the recommendation from my friends at Yoga Army, I have decided to go raw for a week. Sandy (from Yoga Army) told me to try eating raw (mostly veggies) for one week. My end result is supposed to be a thinner physique and clearer skin. Nothing wrong with that.
I am on day 2.5 and I already love it. It's actually not as hard as you might think and I haven't been hungry at all (usually I am always hungry). After a week if I am still singing the same tune I am going to pick up some books are seriously consider making a large percentage of my diet raw.
