I needed a red velvet cake like yesterday, so I had to cut corners.Then I remembered Duncan Hines makes rockin' pre made mix. The cake tasted like it was from scratch. It is delicious! Makes great red velvet cupcakes as well. Talk about kosher soul, YUM!

My roommate and I seem to solve every problem we have by baking cupcakes from the mix, so last night it was Red Velvet, which obviously cheered me up immensely.

Who doesn't like velvet cake?
