I think these are the world's goofiest shoes. Funnily enough, people love them and ask where I got them constantly (on the rare occasions that they are even worn in public). The idea is that MBT's simulate walking barefoot on soft ground, which increases the muscle work in your lower body, thus making a walk more efficient. They do provide great results and are genuinely fun to walk around in. These are the high model, which is supposed to be a tougher workout.

These really work your legs! I love them. Mine are black. But, the same extra high heel. Great, too, if you're short! These beat Flip Flops like crazy. Those began to fall apart after 2 months. I felt no work out what so ever.

I would highly suggest these shoes not only for the fact that they tone your legs and glutes, but in the fact that it helps to support your feet better. Not only are they super comfy, the soles can be replaced for approx. $60.00 in almost any big city.

I have a blue pair of these and LOVE them! You can really feel it in your backside when you wear these for a while. I also have a pair of MBT sandals for summer.
