Yeah, they may have high quality products, but it's too bad that their customer service doesn't match up. I placed an order with this company MONTHS ago and they only sent out part of the order, with no explanation about the rest of it. Since then, I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue with them, and am at the point now where they are not returning my phone calls or emails. They have refused to resolve this. I placed a complaint with the BBB out there, and they now have an UNSATISFACTORY rating with them. So this is a friendly warning: if you order from Anna Sova, they will take your money but not give you all the promised products in return. I will never order from that unprofessional company again!
