  designed by jim-hannon-tan grinding red pepper is an apparently simple operation that should be done with hands and not with a knife, but in this case the hands would absorb the irritating substance with possible problems of further contamination. “piccantino” brilliantly resolves the problem with a container of soft silicone closed with a little plastic grate and a cap of stainless steel.
