Pol Roger is one of a few luxury Champagne firms that is still family-owned, and was established in Epernay, France in 1849. It is dry, elegant and impeccably made. Made of 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay.

This Champagne is kosher, organic, biodynamic and sustainably grown. It gets high marks from all of the major wine magazines (at least 90). Also, very affordable with varieties beginning at under $25. (via shorthillswine.com)
