Ok, let me say right off the bat that the price for these is outrageous, IMO. However, I will admit to having ordered one after seeing it on Oprah a few years ago. I was PMSing big time that day, as if that is any excuse to spend so much money on cake. It was good cake. I can say that.
But what really got me was how gorgeous the whole ensemble was. You can choose from several different rich, decadent hat boxes that are then filled with a tasty pound cake and lush bouquet of flowers.
I even sent a few as gifts but that was 'back in the day.' I noticed on the site that their prices have gone up quite a bit so this may be one of those things that gives you a great idea of something to do yourself for less money....
