Coconut oil is both a healthy and great-tasting addition to smothies, shakes, and other treats. I add a spoonful to my pomegranate, soy protein, and flax seed oil shakes. The coconut flavor cuts the sharpness of the pomegranate a bit and adds some creaminess to the mix. Totally recommended. (via tomrutlin)
