Serena wore a version of this dress on episode 13 of Gossip Girl -- she had a cropped vest over top of it, very Kate Moss .... very cute.

what really draws ME to this dress is its wonderful pattern. its very retro and so 60s. i'd probably partner it with a cropped vest or sweater (color TBD), leggins and boots. or i could even belt it, throw on some large gold hoops and bangles with some killer heels. this dress offers ME so many possibilities. i luv it!
