You may look at this and say "why is that green?" (Besides the obvious color). Well - I'll tell you :-) The shade is crafted from Durian fruit tree fibers, the outer lampshade is made of nito vine, AND it is all done under Fair Trade conditions. Not to mention - it looks like a dark and twisty bad-ass piece of work. I love it.

Stained fibers picked from the durian tree give this lamp an interesting color and texture. The outer shade is made of natural nito vine, which adds a touch of class and sophistication. It is handmade under fair trade conditions. Use a compact flourescent lightbulb for the best and most "green" results!! Available in table and floor models.
