The year was 1985 when Eddie Murphy made what could easily be one of my favorite songs in the entire world. How Could It Be features the hit single "Party All the Time." Written and Produced by (I'M) Rick James (Bitch) and Kevin Johnston, this song reached #2 on Billboard top 100 during its heyday. In 2006 it was remixed by DJ Sharam Tayebi of Deep Dish and that reached #8 in the UK.
This song never gets old. Never.

Such an awesome, awesome list! I can't believe you dug deep enough to come up with that Bruce Willis album (which my mother owned when I was a child, alongside "Heartbeat" by Don Johnson, who was somehow equal in star-quality in the mid-'80s). This Eddie Murphy single is probably my favorite, though. Before I finally ditched my vinyl last year, this was a prized possession, rivaled only by my memory of the video for the track.
